1. Commercial Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern all quotation requests, hardware supply transactions, software licensing agreements, and technical engineering services provided by JM Tech FZC to commercial clients within the United Arab Emirates.

2. Quotation & Pricing Policies

• All prices quoted on the website or via official quotation schedules are expressed in UAE Dirhams (AED).
• Unless explicitly specified, quoted amounts are exclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT 5%), which will be itemized on the final tax invoice in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.
• Quotation validity is standard 14 calendar days from the date of issuance, subject to market stock availability and currency exchange fluctuations.

3. Order Confirmation & Fulfillment

An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of an authorized corporate Purchase Order (PO) or signed quotation approval, accompanied by the agreed commercial payment terms. Online product inquiries through our website do not constitute a binding sales contract until confirmed by JM Tech FZC.

4. Delivery & Inspection

• We arrange door-to-door delivery across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and other Emirates as specified in the agreed quote.
• The buyer or authorized representative must inspect products upon delivery and report any physical transit damage or discrepancy within 24 hours of receipt.

5. Manufacturer Warranty & Technical Support

All hardware sold by JM Tech FZC is brand-new and backed by official manufacturer warranties (e.g., Lenovo Premier Support, Dell ProSupport, HP Commercial Warranty, Cisco E-LLW). Technical support agreements and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are governed by their respective Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with commercial agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE commercial courts.
